AI Leadership Position

Job Summary:

As an AI Team Lead, you will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to lead a team of engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure ML
  • Design and implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Proven experience in deploying models using Azure ML

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Azure

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and LLMOps tools (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face)
