Avensys, a global IT professional services company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions. We are looking for a skilled professional with at least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow SAM module, extensive hands-on experience in CMDB and Discovery for hardware assets, and proven ability to design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM module, with extensive hands-on experience in CMDB and Discovery for hardware assets.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning to deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly in asset management.
