About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled performance marketer to drive our digital marketing strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our online presence through cutting-edge performance marketing strategies.

  • You will develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.
  • You will set up, manage, and optimize Amazon ads campaigns across domestic and international platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign performance data using Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Generate reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimisation techniques, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
