Job Overview

As a legal professional, you will play a crucial role in enabling compliant business growth while working in a dynamic and future-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing to executing and maintaining contracts. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts.

  • Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
    • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
