
Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a Customer Success Expert to manage key customer performance indicators and collaborate closely with major international enterprise brands.
This role requires a deep understanding of customers' businesses, leading a team of 2-3 Customer Success Managers. Developing a network of champions within each account will be achieved through education, coaching, and strong influencing skills.
The successful candidate will represent customers as a trusted advisor, advocate, and marketing thought leader/subject-matter-expert, helping them create marketing strategies and user lifecycle journeys.
Collaboration with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals is essential.
Expertise in digital marketing and analytics trends and best practices is required.
The role involves enlightening customers with insights gathered from their own data and industry trends.
Maximizing value from customer engagement by leveraging the full platform functionality is crucial.
Handling customer concerns with confidence and putting them at ease is also important.
Generating case studies, testimonials, and PR from customers is a key responsibility.
Key Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success (Ideal).
- Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and strong communication skills are desired.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and strategically with clients, team members, and the marketplace.
- Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks.
- Good communication skills (Written/Oral).
- Excellent presentation skills.
