Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be passionate about software engineering and possess leadership skills to drive sophisticated issues to resolution. They should be able to communicate effectively and work optimally with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of software development experience with a strong C++ background and exposure to large design patterns based codebase
  • Background in EDA tools preferred
  • Proficiency in scripting using Python and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams
  • Apply a data-minded approach to target optimization efforts
  • Stay informed of software and hardware trends and innovations
  • Design and develop new groundbreaking technologies
  • Participate in new ASIC and hardware bring-ups
  • Debug existing issues and research alternative ways to accomplish the same work
  • Develop technical relationships with peers and partners

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong object-oriented programming background in C++
  • Ability to write high-quality code with attention to detail
  • Experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs
  • Experience with Linux operating system development
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivating leader with good interpersonal skills

Academic Credentials:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent. They should also have 8+ years of software development experience with a strong C++ background and exposure to large design patterns based codebase. A background in EDA tools is preferred, and proficiency in scripting using Python is required.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and experience working with global teams are essential. The candidate should also be able to apply a data-minded approach to target optimization efforts, stay informed of software and hardware trends and innovations, and design and develop new groundbreaking technologies.

In addition, the candidate should participate in new ASIC and hardware bring-ups, debug existing issues, and research alternative ways to accomplish the same work. They should also develop technical relationships with peers and partners.
