Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

This role is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to meet business needs.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Domain Expertise: Property & Casualty Insurance Domain
  • Testing Expertise: Manual, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, Exploratory Testing, End-to-End Testing
  • Test Automation: Strong understanding of automation frameworks and shift-left testing principles
  • Agile & QA Practices: Experience with agile methodologies, test planning, risk-based testing, and quality assurance best practices
  • Defect Management: Proficient in defect tracking, resolution, and verification before UAT/production
Key Responsibilities:Functional Testing & Quality Engineering:
  • Analyze new requirements and use cases to define testing strategies
  • Validate system configurations and ensure alignment with product requirements
  • Conduct regression, functional, system, and exploratory testing
Test Automation & CI/CD Integration:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Selenium with Java-based frameworks
  • Automate regression and smoke test cases, reducing manual testing efforts
