Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to collaborate with stakeholders, manage project schedules and timelines, and allocate design tasks to the right team members.

This role involves monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The successful candidate will also establish processes for quality assurance and control, deliver well-coordinated and efficiently managed design projects, and provide feedback and guidance to designers for continuous improvement.

  • Hard Skills:
  • Project Management: Proficiency in PM methodologies and tools such as Wrike, Asana, Workfront
  • Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of design principles and processes
  • Resource Allocation: Ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members
  • Data Analysis: Competency in data analysis tools
  • Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues or bottlenecks
  • Leadership: Leadership qualities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
