Project Manager - A Leadership Role for Tech Projects

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment. This role requires strong experience in agile methodologies, technical project management, and cross-functional team leadership, with expertise in modern development tools and project management platforms.

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables
• Foster agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
• Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams
• Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Agile Methodologies: Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning, to ensure iterative and incremental project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, comprising development, QA, DevOps, and design teams, to ensure seamless delivery of technical deliverables.
• Communication: Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows to enhance project efficiency and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
• Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects
• Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams
• Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management
