Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join our team.

As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.

Key responsibilities include architecting and building robust and scalable backend systems, integrating and managing interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces, and utilizing and optimizing vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.

You will also develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
