Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex AI systems that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the architecture of AI systems, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Implement major components of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate the development of products from start to finish.
  • Lead product releases, pre-planning and scaling infrastructure as needed.
  • Provide clear goals, constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
