We are seeking an experienced Personal Banker Classic to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of banking and wealth management principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining daily sales reports
  • Calling on customers to promote new products and services
  • Ensuring quality new acquisitions and cross-selling sticky products
  • Deepening relationships through regular customer contact and needs assessments
  • Monitoring large amount movements and account closures to prevent attrition

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in banking and wealth management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
