Infrastructure Network Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support for configuration changes and software upgrades of RAN networks within the designated scope of work.
Key Responsibilities- To prioritize assigned work requests and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Work Level Agreements (WLAs)
- Participate in internal technical discussions to enhance performance and provide recommendations where possible
- Ensure correct methodology to avoid outages due to unawareness, organize in-house training, and develop backup plans
Telecommunications knowledge, including telecommunication networks, RAN concepts, 2G, 3G, 4G, service networks, service applications, characteristics, and capabilities
Good understanding of key service performance indicators and their interpretation, as well as software upgrade processes for RAN nodes such as BSC and E-Node-B
Ability to troubleshoot down-site cases post software upgrades of LTE
