We are seeking a distinguished academician to lead our Electrical Engineering department. This role requires exceptional teaching, research, and leadership skills.

Job Overview
  • This position involves teaching and conducting research in Electrical Engineering, as well as mentoring students through various projects and activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of subject knowledge, excellent interpersonal and content delivery skills, and the ability to engage students constructively.

Key qualifications include a B.Tech & M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from top-tier institutes, with a minimum of 0-4 years of experience in teaching or research. A PhD or PhD (Pursuing) from a reputable institution is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and conduct research in Electrical Engineering.
  • Design and deliver courses, including lesson plans, lecture notes, and model question papers.
  • Mentor students through seminars, workshops, conferences, and applied subject knowledge projects.
  • Engage students constructively and ensure their discipline and welfare.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory facilities, teaching aids, and educational regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct quality research and publish articles, secure patents, or receive external funding.

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of innovation and creativity in their field.

Requirements:
  • B.Tech & M.Tech – Electrical Engineering from Top tier Institutes & reputed universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISc etc. and throughout first class.
  • 0-4 years of experience in teaching/research.
  • PhD or PhD (Pursuing) candidates from Top Institutes will be preferred.
