Job Opportunity: Expert OSM Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Service Management (OSM) infrastructure, including servers, databases, and related components to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to identify areas for improvement and optimize OSM environments.
  • Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of OSM systems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for OSM infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues through thorough analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve critical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Optimize OSM infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance to meet business demands.
  • Implement best practices for system configuration, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure data integrity and minimize risk.
  • Conduct capacity planning to support business growth and new service rollouts by analyzing system requirements and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with application developers, network engineers, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of OSM with other systems.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure OSM infrastructure complies with organizational security policies and industry standards to protect sensitive information and maintain trust.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in OSM infrastructure support
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
