Job Title:

Technical Cloud HCM Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert within the Oracle Human Capital Management Suite, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise.

This role involves acting as an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.

Additional responsibilities include interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis, and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.

Apart from this, collaborating working on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment is also essential.

Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management are also included in the job role.
