About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our mobile applications business.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative mobile apps that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
  3. Develop and maintain a product roadmap.
  4. Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis.
  5. Translate insights into actionable features and enhancements.
  6. Collaborate with UX teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  7. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality apps.
  8. Define and prioritize product requirements.
  9. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch optimization.
  10. Establish KPIs to measure product success.
  11. Monitor app performance, user engagement, and retention metrics.
  12. Use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
  13. Act as a liaison between business, technical, and design teams.
  14. Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of product management experience in mobile apps or software products.
  • Strong understanding of iOS/Android platforms and app development processes.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
