Job Title: Senior MEP Systems Engineer

This role is critical to the success of our projects, requiring a highly skilled engineer with expertise in designing and developing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that meet client requirements and ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards
  • Overseeing the implementation of designs to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals
  • Evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans
  • Effectively communicating with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration

The essential skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Technical expertise in HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills, including excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred

Suitable candidates should also have familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency. They should also be able to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
