Job Description

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage high-performing delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration, and cloud solutions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting hiring and growing the cloud footprint of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Support client relationships by providing expert guidance, fostering open communication, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities, promoting professional growth and exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expertise in managing highly skilled teams, including product developers and team leaders, to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
