Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages, cloud computing, and database technologies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems. This includes working with microservices architecture, messaging systems, and API development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java 8+ and/or Go for backend system development.
  • Cloud & Microservices: Experience with cloud-native design and architecture, AWS, GCP, or Azure for building scalable network management solutions.
  • Database Technologies: Expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch), including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
  • Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ for handling real-time communication between services.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and other modern DevOps practices for automated testing, building, and deployment pipelines.
  • Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), with experience managing complex tasks and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
