Workday Integration Consultant

Job Description:

A skilled Workday integration professional is required to design, develop, and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and other tools.

  • Design and develop integrations to connect internal and external systems, including payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking, and more.
  • Create advanced reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Design and build dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize existing integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide expertise on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • A strong background in Workday modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of HCM business processes.
