**Lead Visionary Role**

We seek a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead a talented group of researchers and engineers in pushing the boundaries of image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and drive a multidisciplinary team to achieve cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.
  • Develop project goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Foster an innovative, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and growth.

Technical Expertise:

  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks like detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.

Project Execution:

  • Pioneer AI-based solutions that address business, clinical, or industrial needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory or domain-specific standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product, hardware).
  • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
