Senior AI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with +5/+7 years of expertise in AI development to join our project.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch.

They will also have hands-on experience with Azure Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents, as well as proficiency in building and managing ML pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools.

Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) experience is required, including familiarity with Azure ML Studio, automated ML, model registry, and deployment to endpoints or containers.

The selected candidate will build event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
  • Possess +5/+7 years of experience in AI development;
  • Develop expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) & Prompt Engineering: Experience working with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and crafting effective prompts for tasks like summarization, text classification, and document understanding;
  • Work with Azure Document Intelligence: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents (invoices, forms, contracts);
  • Establish a strong foundation in ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch;
  • Master MLOps (Machine Learning Operations): Proficient in building and managing ML pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring;
  • Experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML): Familiarity with Azure ML Studio, automated ML, model registry, and deployment to endpoints or containers;
  • Build event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services;
  • Strong coding skills in Python (preferred), with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib;
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines;
  • Proficient in DevOps & Git Integration: Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, testing, and continuous integration of AI workflows;
  • Fluent in English;
