Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients and ensuring that all aspects of company management are handled efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare corporate documents, such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and registration of members and directors.
  • Participate in incorporation and termination processes of companies.
  • Provide fee quotations and charge fees accordingly.
  • Monitor productivity and performance against targets.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of information in client files.
  • Manage companies and maintain accurate client databases.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports and work on specific projects assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Rlevant Bachelor's Degree (Law / Economics) or Qualified Company Secretary.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate/company management services.
  • Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive, proactive, dedicated, focused, revenue and target driven.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented with good decision-making and time management skills.
  • Independent, hands-on, and takes accountability to deliver solutions and results.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proven leadership and team player skills with ambition to excel in the role.
