Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling the entire accounts payable process, from vendor management to payment reconciliation.

">About the Role">
  • Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments are made.">
  3. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.">
  4. Analyze bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in payment processes.">
  5. Generate and approve vendor invoices, as well as prepare payment record documents for audits.">
">Requirements">
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Commerce (MCOM) and CA Inter preferred.">
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same domain with corporate experience.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly knowledge of Advance Excel required.">
  • Complete knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and laws governing the accounting field.">
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, good communication and negotiation skills.">
  • Detail-oriented individual with good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to handle stressful situations.">
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with strong teamwork and adaptability skills.">
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive financial information.">
