**Job Title:** Radio Content Producer

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of radio shows. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of current events, trends, and audience preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily market analysis to stay up-to-date with competitor activities.
  • Develop concepts, plans, and execute radio shows in line with station goals.
  • Collaborate with RJ's and EP/PH to create engaging content and monitor show performance.
  • Edit sound bytes to ensure clarity and quality.
  • Coordinate with copywriters and promo producers to create promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to enhance RJ's competence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with audio editing software and equipment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current events and trends.
