Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at XDuce. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North America and Western Europe
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct thorough research on companies and build effective sales pipelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile decision-makers
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with managers, directors, VPs, and CxOs
- Generate new business leads through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking
- Write compelling business proposals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and ensure our offerings remain relevant
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Understanding of software technology and digital transformation
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
