A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen at Aristocrat, a world leader in gaming content and technology, for a skilled Creative Game Producer to join our team.

About the Role

This position offers an exceptional chance to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about creating engaging gaming experiences. As a Creative Game Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the lead Creative Producer, Lead Designer, and Lead Artist in delivering high-quality games from concept to release.

You will partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements, communicate them across the studio and partners, and coordinate between art, development, and design teams in multiple locations. This role requires strong organizational and people skills, as well as a good grasp of the industry and its various disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Art/Tech Art Field with some project management experience, as well as 2+ years of experience in the slot gaming industry. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements
  • Communicate game requirements across the studio and partners
  • Coordinate between art, development, and design teams in multiple locations
  • Anticipate risks and develop plans to overcome them
  • Manage specific areas of product development tasks and support production
  • Influence the creation and oversight of project documentation, testing, and processes

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to collaborate in a global, diverse, and fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organized, curious, respectful, flexible, and player-focused.
