Join Our Semiconductor Packaging Team

We are seeking an experienced Wire-Bonding Expert to lead our semiconductor packaging efforts at India's first OSAT facility.

The Role Highlights:

  • Develop, optimize, and validate wire-bonding processes.
  • Work with gold, copper, and aluminum wire bonding.
  • Troubleshoot equipment (e.g., K&S) and design tooling/window clamps.
  • Train and guide local teams.
  • Act as the subject matter authority for all wire-bonding issues.

About You:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on wire-bonding experience in OSAT/semiconductor packaging.
  • Strong process + equipment troubleshooting expertise.
  • Knowledge of 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method).
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams.
  • Indians abroad ready to return and contribute.
