About the Role

As a Strategic Growth Professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the home interiors sector. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve the company's business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home interiors sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the home interiors or furniture industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
