Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our creative team.

  • Craft high-quality visual content that captivates audiences and drives results in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging animations and video assets that meet the following requirements:

  • Design and animate motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
  • Bring static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects
  • Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats
  • Stay updated with motion design trends while maintaining professionalism required in real estate
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows
  • Ability to blend creativity with professionalism - animations must be eye-catching yet polished
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
