Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, ideally in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of social media video specs and trends.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry content (a plus but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with drone footage editing.
  • Skills in photography, animation, or graphic design.
  • Knowledge of SEO and video optimization techniques for online platforms.
