We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our patient care operations, with expertise in managing outpatient and inpatient services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in leadership roles within patient care operations.

This position entails formulating and implementing standardized processes and procedures for front office, admission, and discharge operations, as well as ensuring effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and coordinating departmental growth, collaborating closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
  • Cultivate a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership and training.
  • Analyze and document operating procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing both Outpatient and Inpatient services, including admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, ensure effective manpower planning, and drive training & development initiatives.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences across all touchpoints.
