- VPS & Dedicated Server Support.
- Handle Migrations/Transfers.

Requirements include:
- Experience working in the hosting industry is mandatory.
- Experience with the SolusVM Virtualisation platform.
- Some experience with Openstack.
- An understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers.
- Experience with WHMCS and KVM.
- A firm understanding of both Linux and Windows.
- The ability to quickly and efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent written English.
