Radar Signal Processing Specialist

At the core of this position is the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated signal processing algorithms for radar systems. This involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance and capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and integrate advanced signal processing algorithms for defense, aerospace, and communication applications.
  • Collaboration and Enhancement: Work closely with engineers and designers to optimize radar system performance and capabilities.
  • Digital Signal Processing: Develop and simulate digital signal processing blocks using MATLAB/SIMULINK tools for receivers and transmitters.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze radar data to validate algorithm performance and optimize existing algorithms for performance improvements.
  • Simulation and Modeling: Model and predict radar system behavior using simulation tools.
  • Integration and Testing: Integrate signal processing algorithms into radar systems and ensure seamless integration with hardware and software teams.
  • System Evaluation: Conduct tests and evaluations of radar systems to assess performance and troubleshoot issues related to signal processing.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Communication and Presentations: Present findings and updates to stakeholders and explore new techniques to improve radar capabilities.
