Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years experience with 10 years role as Quality head in a similar industry. Automotive business is preferred with a lean manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing process - Assembly, Painting, Machining, Casting, heat treatment, gear manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and automotive standard (IATF 16949); Qualified internal Auditor
  • Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  • Knowledge of problem solving methodology - 8D/ DMAIC/ RedX/ Shainin DOE
  • A knowledge of statistics is required with general numeracy, coupled with good interpersonal skills

  • Attitude to work in stressful situations, should be able to protect customer interest in case of difficult/conflicting situations

  • Ready to travel and relocate as per business need
