Chief Financial Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site position for an individual with financial expertise located in Jaipur.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparation of Financial Statements: Developing and maintaining accurate financial reports, ensuring timely completion and submission.
- Account Maintenance: Reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and managing payroll to maintain a streamlined financial system.
Additionally, the Financial Specialist will be responsible for:
- Budget Preparation and Tax Returns: Collaborating with the team to prepare budget forecasts and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Providing detailed financial analysis and presenting recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficient in utilizing accounting software and financial reporting tools to manage and analyze financial data.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possessing excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly valued.
