Compliance Director

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to oversee all aspects of our corporate compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, particularly in a listed company environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Governance & Board Support: Provide strategic advice to the board of directors on matters related to corporate governance, ensuring efficient and ethical operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks across the organization.
  • Statutory Filings: Oversee the preparation and timely filing of regulatory documents and returns with authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and SEBI for the listed entities and all subsidiary entities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Professional Qualifications: A mandatory qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior compliance, corporate secretarial, or governance role.
  • Legal & Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory filings and procedures with authorities like the MCA, ROC, SEBI, and RBI.
