Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration between Workday and other business systems (e.g., payroll, finance, time tracking).• Develop quality Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCW.• Deliver requirements and design documents to clients and internal stakeholders.• Provide expert advice and best practices to clients on Workday HCM modules and functionalities.• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions in a client-facing role. Familiarity with Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Workday Cloud Connect. Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and configuration best practices.
