Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA Application Lead to spearhead complex implementations and manage finance system solutions across global teams.

This role will involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement solutions, managing project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement solutions
  • Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Provide hands-on support and direction for complex functional issues
  • Foster mentorship and upskilling within the team
  • Drive alignment between business needs and SAP financial configurations


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 7.5 years of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting experience
  • Deep understanding of Controlling (CO), Product Costing, COPA, and integration with PP/SD
  • Strong grasp of financial accounting principles and business process mapping
  • Proficiency in integrating SAP with 3rd-party systems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting & analytics tools
