The key role of the Research Development Specialist will be to bridge the gap between clients and research teams. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish — from understanding client needs to designing research, ensuring smooth execution, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and develop comprehensive research plans.
  • Design and lead projects from initiation to completion, including proposal development and project management.
  • Mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Evaluate and validate questionnaires and survey designs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze data to uncover meaningful insights and create compelling stories for clients.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients through clear, well-structured reports.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about combining data analysis, storytelling, and client collaboration.

  • Master’s or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise reports.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and guiding junior researchers.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for driving results and achieving excellence.
