Job Title: Technical Innovation Lead

The Global Sourcing Technology team is responsible for empowering the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision, including cultivating a responsible supply chain while ensuring superior product quality and compliance.

As a Technical Innovation Lead, you will work as part of a global team supported by business and architecture partners to help develop and deliver industry-leading technology solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative technologies that improve our supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, technical leadership, and project management. They are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented initiatives.

The role requires a deep understanding of current trends and technologies in the field of supply chain management, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, and project management
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
