Job Description:

Experienced professionals in financial management are required to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include preparing statutory statements and remittances, maintaining accounting records, and checking and entering all PC, supplier bills, and TDS-related bills with proper supporting documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and input all payment certificates, supplier invoices, and tax deductions-related documents in a timely manner for accurate payments and statutory deductions.
  • Prepare monthly reports on tax deducted at source (TDS) with reconciliation and submit them to the finance manager for approval.
  • Generate liability statements for PCs/labor and submit them to the finance manager for approval of labor and PC payments.
  • Prepare supplier liability statements within the specified timeframe as per guidelines.
  • Update fixed assets registers on a monthly basis within the stipulated deadline.
  • Responsible for preparing statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remittances to regional offices/head office.
  • Ensure GST compliances by verifying and reconciling GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
  • Implement budgets and report variances to management on a regular basis.
  • Prepare timely monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements, and cost control reports.
  • Monitor and prepare bank guarantees, letters of credit, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks.
  • Proficiency in SAP environment is essential.
