About Senior Accountant Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, handling payroll, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, performing audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, including salary payments, tax deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting Software: Proficient in TallyPrime and other accounting software.
  • Financial Modeling: Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, and PF.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
  • CA/CMA/CFA/CS: Students pursuing these certifications are eligible to apply.
  • Financial Modelling: Knowledge of financial modelling, business valuation, and investment banking.
