\Job Title\

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absences & OTL, Talent & Performance Management, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Prepare RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive RFP submissions.
  • Conduct engaging client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
  • Tailor demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on client requirements.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns during demo sessions.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HCM modules and EBS.
  • Extensive configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources.
  • Subject matter expert leading clients to architect design and implement various HCM Modules.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred.
