Job Title: Model N Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Model N Specialist. This role requires a strong background in techno-functional expertise, particularly in the Model N Flex application.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
  • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
