System Support Specialist

This role requires an expert in the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module with techno-functional skills to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling solutions, as well as Oracle APS.

Main Responsibilities

  • Thorough testing of all system changes and projects to ensure seamless integration
  • Effective knowledge transfer and support-related activities
  • Second-level technical support for resolution of service requests and system defects
  • Key involvement in resolving high-severity user issues and system defects
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation
  • Preparation of accurate documentation by Support analysts
  • Provision of guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues
  • Frequent interaction with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure
  • Resolution of all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk
  • Regular collaboration with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams to involve them in issue resolution
  • Owning support tickets pertaining to respective Modules till closure
  • Providing on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues
  • Experience working on JDE projects with onsite – offshore models for Application Development and support
