We are seeking a seasoned technology professional to lead our team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced developer with expertise in creating scalable applications and platforms.

This individual must be comfortable working in agile environments with minimal supervision.

The person should be self-motivated, passionate about problem-solving, and committed to continuous learning.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create software code by collecting requirements, designing, developing, and testing.
  • Fix bugs and provide production support as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies outside primary skills.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, project managers, and clients as required.
Technical Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Python programming language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL database management.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with AWS Cloud Data Platform.
  • Familiarity with the following AWS Services: ECS, EKS, ECR, S3, EC2, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Glue, Event Bridge, Cloud Watch, IAM, RDS, Backup Services, Systems Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience with Docker containerization.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform scripting).
  • Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition.
  • Familiarity with writing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and creating deployment automations.
  • Responsible for designing, prototyping, developing, and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance releases.
  • Produce technical specifications, system interface diagrams, unit testing scenarios, and system support documentation.
  • Adhere to best practices and standards for technical compliance.
  • Foster accountability by contributing to task completion.
  • Collaborate on assigned projects.
  • Desirable but not essential: experience in BioTech/Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal interactions within their own team or department.
  • Familiarity with diagramming tools like Lucid chart.
  • Work with Solution Architects to obtain design approval before starting development.
  • Knowledge of database design concepts, API design concepts, and intermediate SQL programming.
  • Implementation of CI/CD pipeline experience is beneficial.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
