Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technology professional to lead our online programme delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality educational content, teaching and assessing students, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and relevant technologies, with experience in delivering complex projects and mentoring adult learners. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinate guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect current practices, technologies, and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.
