Job Title: Lead Assessor - Social Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Lead Assessor in our social audit program. This position involves conducting thorough assessments of social compliance and ensuring that all relevant standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting social audits to assess compliance with international labor standards and human rights
  • Reviewing and analyzing audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any non-compliance issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of audit findings and follow-up actions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment, with an advanced degree preferred
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with diverse socio-economic backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and auditing, with at least 200 verifiable audit days
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of International Labor Standards and human rights issues is desired
